Refund/Return Policy

Requesting a return or refund because of a minor flaw, imperfection, or variation inherent to a handmade acrylic product will not be allowed. All of the pieces we make are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for the customer, we generally cannot offer refunds or accept returns.

 

A return may only be considered if, in our sole determination, the product is in a condition that allows it to be resold. Fully custom projects are not eligible for return or refund for any reason. Custom orders cannot be canceled once materials have been cut and production has begun. This typically occurs within 7–10 days of the order date. Orders may be canceled before materials are cut and production begins, provided the cancellation request is submitted in writing. We will replace items due to shipping damage. Please notify us within 3-6 days of receipt.
